IT’S A TEAM THING

Innovative Impact is not designed for a Pastor to come alone. It is deliberately geared for pastors and the key members of their church leadership teams to share and grow together over two days sitting under some of the most insightful leaders in the “frontline” church today. In order to make Innovative Impact affordable, group discounts are available.

Once again, we have search the country to bring together a collection of some of the best leadership minds in the frontline church. With all new sessions, each speaker brings to the table a quest to do the kingdom business of the church at the highest level. In addition, we have reached out to successful leaders outside of the church to bring their perspective on how to capture the Leaders Edge!

THURSDAY’S VISION

On Thursday morning following Innovative Impact 2008, twenty-five Pastors will have an opportunity to spend four critical hours sitting with Jesse Wilson and Fredrick Russell, the Co-Visionaries for Innovative Impact, in a session they are calling “Next Level Leadership. They will focus on three critical areas of Pastoral Leadership:

How To Move A Church When It has Stalled
How To Handle Destructive Conflict---And Not Be Destroyed By It
A Leaders Greatest Fear

THIS IS A SPECIAL SESSION THAT ONLY CAN ACCOMMODATE TWENTY-FIVE PASTORS DUE TO THE INTIMATE AND INTENSE LEVEL OF THE SESSIONS. THERE IS A FIFTY DOLLAR ($50) FEE FOR THIS SESSION. YOU MUST HAVE ATTENDED THE TWO DAYS OF INNOVATIVE IMPACT 2008 TO ATTEND “NEXT LEVEL LEADERSHIP.”
